At Trower Dental we want your treatment to be as easy and convenient as possible, so we have a number of flexible payment options available to make your life easier. You will know exactly what will be involved with your treatment and the costs involved. At Trower Dental we will always give you an itemised estimate of treatment fees and where possible, several treatment options to suit financial, personal and cosmetic preferences.
We have a number of payment options available to our patients. Please feel free to discuss payment options in private with our front office coordinators. We accept all major health funds including Bupa, Defence Health and AHM, and are preferred providers for Medibank Private, HCF, Smile.com.au and all NIB partners.

If you are looking to spread the cost of treatment, consider Trower Dental’s flexible payment plans which make the treatment you need easier on your budget. Any Trower Dental planned treatment can be purchased with weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments through Direct debit, including dentures, crowns, bridges, and veneers.

Afterpay
Afterpay allows you to enjoy your smile now and pay for it in four equal fortnightly payments. With Afterpay you can spread out the cost of your treatment with no added interest, and no additional fees*. Sign-up to Afterpay, and scan your Afterpay barcode at reception – it’s as easy as that. There is no reason to delay the healthy smile that you deserve with Afterpay.
How do I get started with Afterpay? You will need:
- An Australian Credit Card or Debit Card
- To be over 18 years of age
- To live in Australia
- Book your appointment online
- Download the Afterpay App on your phone and sign up
- Before your appointment, check your spend limit by pressing the barcode icon in your Afterpay App
- After your appointment, generate a barcode for our staff to scan
- Afterpay will debit your first fortnightly payment from your nominated credit card

The funds for your first fortnightly payment will need to be available at your first appointment
Available spend limits will vary depending on whether you are a new or existing Afterpay customer, and on the orders you currently have with Afterpay.

Frequently Asked Questions
Indeed, we can! We process claims through the HICAPS system, which accepts most major health funds and some of the smaller ones too including the ADF Families card.
In most cases, we can’t process a health fund claim without a physical card present to swipe through the HICAPS machine.
The exception to this rule is Medibank and BUPA, who both offer a digital card through their apps however, your device must be Android – the digital card is not available on Apple products ie. iPhone/Apple watch.
We are a Member’s Choice Advantage practice with Medibank and part of the More for Teeth program with HCF. These funds both provide two gap free check-ups and cleans per year, per person.
We accept many different forms of payment, including:
